Meet us in Stadlau or at lunchtime at the DC Tower (U1 Kaisermühlen–VIC, next to the UN City) – or we pick it up.

Most repairs are done within 1–2 working days after the part arrives. Pay in cash or by bank transfer on return.
Where to meet us
Stadlau (22nd district) – a few minutes’ walk from U2 and S-Bahn Stadlau. By appointment: Mon–Fri 8:30 am–10 pm, Sat–Sun 10 am–10 pm. You get the exact address with your appointment.
Lunchtime at the DC Tower – Mon–Thu 12–1 pm at U1 Kaisermühlen–VIC, ideal if you work at the Vienna International Centre or in Donau City.
Pick-up in the 2nd, 3rd, 11th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and northern 23rd district, or send your laptop by post from anywhere in Austria to Techrepair, Ichagasse 3, 1210 Wien.

Where can I drop off my laptop?
By appointment in Stadlau (22nd district, near U2/S-Bahn Stadlau, Mon–Fri 8:30 am–10 pm, Sat–Sun 10 am–10 pm) or Mon–Thu 12–1 pm at the DC Tower next to U1 Kaisermühlen–VIC, a few minutes from the Vienna International Centre. Pick-up is available in the 2nd, 3rd, 11th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and northern 23rd district.
Can I get an English (US/UK) keyboard?
Yes. When replacing a keyboard we can order the layout you are used to – German, US or UK – depending on what is available for your model.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, consumers get the statutory 2-year warranty on our repairs. For used original parts we tell you the warranty period in the quote.
